Father John Misty and The Walkmen by Rhys Logan

I keep expecting life to slow down, but there is always way too much cool stuff happening.  Recently that cool stuff played out in one of the best weekends of my 2013, and Father John Misty and The Walkmen were the finish line.  Playing at the awesome Neptune Theater, (where you can see Jesus riding a dolphin) my mind was officially blown by both and grabbing my camera from my car last second with just one lens was not the worst idea I've had in awhile.

Kate Logan and the dreaded Headshot by Rhys Logan

Even the term 'headshots' makes me cringe, thus it is a good challenge for me to address.  With a Seattle musician as a sister I get the chance to practice and play with the results and test out some new LR3 presets to try out some film look editing

here are a few

Allen Stone and opener Kris Orlowski by Rhys Logan

On a current personal assignment covering northwest music, I had a blast on WWU's campus catching the funkiest concert I've seen lately by Allen Stone and openers Kris Orlowski and Eclecticity in the VU multi purpose room.  Catch Allen's performance on Conan and Kris's music and Eclecticity here.
