Africa is massive and massively diverse. More than 120 local dialects are spoken in and around the area and city of Arusha alone. Some tribes separated by fewer than 10 km will not speak the same language. With exceptionally harsh conditions during the dry season and little to no institutional systems to protect the most vulnerable, Tanzania was as intensely beautiful as it was difficult to understand. Many simple problems, with extremely complicated solutions, shared by hundreds of thousands of people.
